Job summary

Carhartt WIP is seeking an experienced IT Solution Architect for our Weil am Rhein office. You will shape system, integration, and data architecture, driving modernization and simplification of core platforms while collaborating closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams.

The role requires several years in enterprise architecture, strong modeling and documentation skills, and fluency in English and German for international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in IT architecture within an enterprise setting.
• Proficient in designing scalable, secure architectures across application, data and integration layers.
• Strong ability to document architectures clearly for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own system, integration, and data architecture across IT domains including ERP, B2C, wholesale, logistics, BI.
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure solution designs.
• Create and maintain architecture blueprints and data flow diagrams.
• Develop and enforce architecture standards for security, compliance and performance.
• Collaborate with business, BPM, product and engineering teams to provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with BPM to integrate process and system architectures seamlessly.
• Promote best practices in modularization and automation.
