Job summary

Carhartt seeks a Digital CoE Business Analyst to collaborate with third parties, IT and UX teams to drive ecommerce efficiency. You’ll translate business needs into deliverables in an agile environment, communicating clearly across business and IT stakeholders.

You will work with teams in the US, Canada and Europe to implement processes and features that enhance the consumer experience while ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience with retail store systems or ecommerce platforms is preferred.
• Proficiency with Jira, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in agile environments and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, map processes, and document customer journeys.
• Define projects delivering new features while respecting budget and quality.
• Research and design digital processes to meet business objectives.
• Support business case creation with ROI justifications.
• Create functional specs and collaborate with IT and business teams across regions.
• Champion agile methodology and manage user stories, epics, and sprints.
• Maintain multiple project plans and track costs and timelines.
• Update Kanban boards and provide sprint updates highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Prepare end-user process guides and conduct training sessions.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and Azure DevOps for ticket tracking.
