Convergint is looking for a full-time Solutions Architect - Design Supervisor to join the Global Cloud and Data Center Vertical. You will lead as part of the Global Design & Estimating Team, providing hands-on design, estimating, and engineering support for customers and opportunities while supervising Solutions Architects or Estimators.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in design consulting, system design, estimating, project management and/or installation for complex security projects.
• Expertise in access control, CCTV, and physical security systems for enterprise, multi-site projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for specialized environments.
• Proficiency in estimating tools, MS Office, and project collaboration software.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working supervisor for a team of Solutions Architects or Estimators, supporting sales and customers.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and coordination to develop designs, estimates, and proposal strategies.
• Review deliverables for consistency, technical accuracy, scope alignment, and estimating quality.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, operations, and project delivery teams to align estimates with scope and timelines.
• Prepare, review, and present accurate proposals, scopes of work, and estimate summaries.
