Job summary
Convergint is seeking a Design & Estimating Supervisor to lead a team of Solutions Architects and Estimators on global data center and enterprise security projects. You will guide design, estimates, and proposals while mentoring staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to align scope, pricing, and timelines for complex opportunities across multiple sites and regions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or equivalent education; 7–9 years in design consulting, estimating, and management of security projects.
- Strong knowledge of access control systems, CCTV, and large-scale enterprise installations.
- Experience with advanced estimating tools and project collaboration software.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Solutions Architects/Estimators on large, complex security projects.
- Provide guidance on design, estimates, and proposals for multi-site opportunities.
- Review deliverables for accuracy, scope alignment, and pricing competitiveness.
- Mentor team members through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate workloads and priorities to optimize bid win potential.
