Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC is seeking a full-time Design & Estimating Supervisor to lead a Global Design & Estimating Team. The role combines hands-on design, estimating, and engineering support with day-to-day supervision of Solutions Architects or Estimators.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of experience in design consulting, system design, system commissioning, estimating, project management and/or installation for complex and large-scale electronic physical security projects.
• Expertise in access control, CCTV, and physical security systems for large-scale enterprise, multi-site projects.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for specialized environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a working supervisor for a team of Solutions Architects or Solutions Estimators supporting sales colleagues and customers.
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance, coaching, and coordination to help the team develop system designs, solutions, estimates, and proposal strategies.
• Review team deliverables for consistency, technical accuracy, scope alignment, estimating quality, and adherence to standards.
• Lead or support the preparation of detailed, comprehensive cost estimates for large, multi-site or country projects, including data centers and regulated environments.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional partners to align estimates with project scope and timelines.
