Qualifications

• 7–10 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on Azure cloud experience.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, system design, and integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level solution architectures that align with enterprise standards and strategic goals.
• Partner with product and delivery teams to evaluate feasibility, scalability, and integration impacts of new initiatives.
• Provide architectural oversight throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and consistency.
• Mentor and coach delivery teams on technologies, systems, and best practices, including responsible AI development.
• Research emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for modernization and continuous improvement.
