What's Needed?

• Strong software development background with 7–10 years of experience, ideally with full-stack expertise.
• Hands‑on experience designing and delivering solutions within cloud environments such as Azure.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile delivery models and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, system design, and integration patterns.
