Job summary

Blockdaemon seeks a seasoned Solutions Architect to drive design and delivery of blockchain infrastructure solutions for Tier 1 institutions, focusing on security and MPC technologies. You will partner with Sales and Product to tailor offerings across Wallet, Nodes/APIs, and Staking, while representing Blockdaemon at conferences and shaping customer-friendly architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total work experience with at least 5 years as a solutions architect or similar role.
• Experience with Tier 1 financial institutions or large security-conscious enterprises, ideally within EMEA.
• Familiarity with the institutional digital asset landscape, including security concerns for banks and asset managers.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise sales cycles in pre-sales or solutions capacity, including scoping and proof-of-value demonstrations.
• Experience with multiple development languages (Typescript, Solidity, Rust, Go), blockchain frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Ability to translate between technical and business audiences and tailor presentations for engineers to C-level executives.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce architecture diagrams and best-practice guides.
• Understanding of enterprise security and integration patterns, including SOC 2/ISO 27001, API authentication and secure deployment models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Blockdaemon's Wallet, Staking, and Node/API products, guiding evaluations and implementations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to share customer feedback, ensure feature readiness, and improve offerings.
• Support revenue by demonstrating product fit and driving deals to successful completion.
• Deliver customized presentations and product demonstrations to engineers, executives, and other stakeholders.
• Understand customer business needs and workflows to position Blockdaemon products and design tailored solutions.
• Represent Blockdaemon at industry conferences and webinars and develop documentation with customer insights.
• Lead professional services engagements and proof-of-value demonstrations for large institutional clients.
