Job summary

RainFocus is seeking an exceptional Solution Consultant to drive post-sale client implementations across the RainFocus platform. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, design configurations, capture requirements, and educate clients on implemented tools.

This role is located in a Japanese-speaking region and supports global teams, with some travel. Ideal candidates have 2–7+ years in software implementation for SaaS, strong English and Japanese, and a proven ability to design efficient,

Qualifications

• Software implementation experience (2-7+ years for Solution Consultants; 7+ years for Sr. Solution Consultants).
• Must be fluent in both English and Japanese
• SaaS solutions delivery through platform configuration, not custom development.
• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for Enterprise level clients, including gathering and documenting complex requirements, configurations, and integrations.
• Proven success in creating efficiencies through process design, including outlining and measuring adoption, both internal and client-facing.
• Ability to think strategically to ensure solution supports business goals
• Proven track record in delivering innovative and creative solutions
• Ability to work independently, problem-solve, improvise
• Perform consistently under pressure
• Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team players only
• HTML, CSS, SQL, JSON optional but preferred
• Must be able to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in RainFocus platform.
• Train client admins on the RainFocus tools and processes as necessary.
• Configure the RainFocus platform.
• Work with clients to identify business requirements and workflows.
• Facilitate holistic system design and architecture workshops.
• Identify platform configuration requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks to achieve implementation success.
• Follow best practices for implementing RainFocus products.
• Consult with clients on new ideas and best practices.
• Document requirements, solution designs and testing plans.
• Provide regular updates on milestones and tasks to project managers.
• Provide project managers with level of effort estimates.
• Communicate issues and risks to project managers and leadership.
• Lead solution project calls and demos with clients.
• Balance priorities across multiple assignments.
• Thoroughly track tasks and complete all assignments on time.
• Contribute to implementation tools, processes and templates.
