Job summary

Mirakl is seeking a Customer Success professional to join the EMEA Solution Consulting team, focusing on onboarding Connect customers and enabling sellers to scale on the Mirakl Connect ecosystem.

You will train clients, configure accounts, and work with Sales, Product, Support and Data Science teams while developing deep expertise in Catalog Transformer to optimize catalogues and ensure successful onboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, customer support, or account management in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of onboarding or educating customers on a new solution
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field; advanced degree is a plus

Responsibilities

• Guide new Connect customers through end-to-end onboarding — leading sessions, configuring accounts, and troubleshooting blockers in real time
• Equip Mirakl Platform clients to onboard their own sellers by providing training, clear documentation, and scalable enablement resources including webinars and live walkthroughs
• Develop deep expertise in Catalog Transformer and support sellers in troubleshooting and optimising their catalogues
• Track onboarding progress across your customer portfolio, maintain detailed records, and deliver structured feedback to improve onboarding flows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Data Science/AI teams to align on technical setup and surface insights
