Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Solution Architect, Supply Planning to shape scalable planning capabilities by linking business processes, data, and analytics. You will translate business logic into technical designs supporting forecasting and operational planning.
You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, drive implementation quality, guide testing, and mentor the team across full lifecycle delivery, with remote US-based work and visa support not available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with significant supply chain or analytics experience.
- 6+ years delivering supply chain planning solutions or working in logistics.
- Leadership demonstrated across full lifecycle implementations.
- Experience with Agile methodologies for large-scale projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead documentation of business processes using supply planning best practices.
- Identify and map enterprise data across sources.
- Design scalable platforms based on business logic for forecasting and planning.
- Configure planning tools and specifications within the platform.
- Analyze datasets with advanced analytics to provide insights.
- Guide data integration and models for forecasts and operations.
- Mentor junior team members and support deployment/testing.
