Ladders is seeking a Solution Architect, Supply Planning to shape scalable planning capabilities by linking business processes, data, and analytics. You will translate business logic into technical designs supporting forecasting and operational planning.

You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, drive implementation quality, guide testing, and mentor the team across full lifecycle delivery, with remote US-based work and visa support not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with significant supply chain or analytics experience.
• 6+ years delivering supply chain planning solutions or working in logistics.
• Leadership demonstrated across full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience with Agile methodologies for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation of business processes using supply planning best practices.
• Identify and map enterprise data across sources.
• Design scalable platforms based on business logic for forecasting and planning.
• Configure planning tools and specifications within the platform.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Solution Architect, Supply Planning to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will shape supply planning solutions that connect business processes, enterprise data, and advanced analytics into scalable planning capabilities. The position will partner with stakeholders across functions to translate business logic into technical designs that support forecasting, operational planning, and successful deployment. You will also help drive implementation quality, guide testing, and support team development across full lifecycle project delivery.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $127,345 – $175,099 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead documentation of business processes using supply planning best practices
• Identify and map complex enterprise data from various sources
• Design scalable technical platforms based on business logic
• Configure tools and specifications within the planning platform for supply planning
• Analyze datasets using advanced analytics and provide insights
• Conduct data integration and create models for forecasts and operational plans
• Collaborate with R&D and stakeholders for solution development and deployment
• Execute testing protocols and mentor junior team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with significant experience in supply chain or analytics
• 6+ years implementing supply chain planning solutions or working in logistics organizations
• Demonstrated leadership in full lifecycle implementations of supply chain planning solutions
• Experience with advanced planning systems and enterprise ERP tools
• Proven use of Agile methodologies for large-scale project delivery
