Job summary

10X Health System is seeking a Solution Architect to shape architecture from business intent to product design, delivering working reference implementations and precise specifications for fast, reliable development. The role spans web, cloud, integrations, and mobile, reporting to the CTO.

You will own the technology roadmap, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant delivery across platforms while remaining hands-on and technically hands-on.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on architect on complex multi-system initiatives.
• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, and microservices.
• Proven ability to produce working reference implementations.
• Healthcare/health-tech SaaS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own solution design end to end from business intent to architecture.
• Build reference implementations to prove architecture.
• Write granular, development-ready specifications.
• Maintain the technology roadmap aligned with strategy.
• Design integrations across SaaS platforms and data systems.
• Collaborate with AI coding agents and ensure compliant delivery.
