SCS Engineers in West Palm Beach is seeking a Senior Engineer/Project Director to lead our solid waste team in the Tampa Bay Region. You will mentor staff, manage client interactions, and oversee project design and permitting.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the solid waste industry and will be required to have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Join our employee-owned firm and contribute towards impactful infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in solid waste industry.
• 2+ years of consulting experience required.
• P.E. or P.G. registration required.
• Experience managing project financials.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and serve as Engineer of Record.
• Guide junior staff and oversee technical teams.
• Conduct quality control reviews on work products.
• Engage in business development activities.
• Coordinate with GIS and CAD drafters.
