Job summary
GameChange Energy is a fast-growing solar solutions provider focused on software-enabled racking and tracking systems. We are seeking a Software Sales Engineer to translate complex product capabilities into customer value and drive revenue.
You will lead discovery, demonstrations, pilots, and commercial proposals across US accounts, build a scalable software-sales model, and enable field teams with winning playbooks and training.
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in enterprise software, technical sales, or related roles.
- Experience selling complex B2B solutions via pilots, proposals and multi-stakeholder buys.
- Ability to explain software workflows and data-driven products to technical and executive audiences.
Responsibilities
- Commercialize software offerings with value-based proposals and sales tools.
- Manage software sales pipeline across existing accounts and new prospects.
- Lead discovery, demonstrations, pilot scoping and handoffs to commercial teams.
- Create an operating model for software sales including roles and CRM fields.
- Enable US and international teams with playbooks, training and coaching.
- Develop standard, quote-ready packages for key customer types.
- Provide data-driven reporting on activity, pipeline, and revenue outlook.
