Job summary

GameChange Energy, a leader in the solar racking and tracker industry, seeks a data-driven analyst in a remote capacity to support the Business Development team with netsuite records, dashboards and KPI reporting.

You will pull reports, build compelling slide decks, and collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize the Netsuite system while maintaining CRM hygiene and accurate sales projections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales analysis and/or financial analysis.
• MBA or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with CRM systems; Netsuite a plus.
• Experience creating compelling slide decks.

Responsibilities

• Create, validate and maintain project records in Netsuite.
• Provide data, slide decks or reports to the sales team.
• Identify KPIs and develop tracking methods for sales performance.
• Create reports, dashboards and presentations illustrating sales metrics, trends and forecasts.
• Be the team expert using Excel, CRM and ERP.
• Oversee CRM hygiene with regular coordination with Business Development.
• Ensure documentation with vendors and partners is complete.
• Maintain an organized digital file system for admins and sales staff.
• Handle admin work including filing reports and presenting documents.
