Job summary

Momentum Solar LLC is seeking motivated Sales Development Representatives to join our remote Inside Sales team. As an SDR, you will make outbound calls to residential homeowners to generate interest in solar energy and schedule qualified appointments for Momentum Solar's field representatives.

This is a high-volume, cold prospecting role not an inbound customer service position. You will spend most of your workday at a computer wearing a headset, speaking with homeowners who may not be expecting

Qualifications

• Experience with outbound sales, telemarketing, or appointment-setting.
• Able to follow a structured sales process and script.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Make high volume outbound calls to residential homeowners.
• Introduce Momentum Solar and create interest in a solar consultation.
• Identify the homeowner's electric provider and approximate monthly bill.
• Follow Momentum's approved sales process and script.
• Ask qualifying questions and identify homeowner needs or concerns.
• Schedule qualified appointments for field Solar Consultants.
• Prioritize same day and next day appointments when appropriate.
• Verify homeowner contact and property information.
• Accurately document customer information and call outcomes in company systems.
• Meet established expectations for activity, appointment production, and professionalism.
