Smart Workforce Solutions is seeking a remote consultative sales professional to deliver premium solar solutions to international clients from South Africa. You will own the end-to-end sales process, engaging with pre-qualified leads to convert appointments into installations, with high autonomy and a performance-driven culture.

You will use GoHighLevel, Google Workspace, and quoting software to craft proposals, manage your pipeline, and drive consistent revenue growth across time zones.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in technical or remote sales or outbound deal-closing roles.
• Experience or exposure in solar, electrical, or technical product sales preferred.
• Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear value propositions.
• Strong discipline with ability to work autonomously and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct remote consultations with pre-qualified prospects, running full discovery and closing solar/battery deals.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on accurate custom solar proposals using design and quoting software.
• Engage directly with pre-vetted leads loaded into your calendar to maintain high conversion rates.
• Track every call, prospect interaction, and deal stage in GoHighLevel to keep pipeline current.
