Job summary

Solar Landscape, the leading commercial rooftop solar developer in the U.S., is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of solar projects. You will manage planning, budgeting, procurement, construction, scheduling, reporting, and risk mitigation, providing leadership and technical guidance across teams and external partners.

The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget, with opportunities to mentor junior staff and support sales activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 5+ years of field construction management experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Dynamics 365, MS Office, and Microsoft Project.
• OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, budget, manage, and complete PV projects of moderate complexity or multiple projects.
• Coordinate design and permitting with engineering team and local authorities.
• Develop Site Specific Health and Safety Plans and implement safety procedures.
• Manage quality control and Site Specific Quality Management Plan.
• Develop construction schedules for assigned projects.
• Negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders to support schedules.
• Schedule and manage deliveries of materials and equipment.
• Lead labor crews and supervise subcontractors; manage productivity and costs.
• Provide status reports to Senior Management on safety, quality, schedule and cost.
