Job summary

GoodLeap is seeking an Inbound Solar Energy Consultant to join our fully virtual sales team. You will educate homeowners about residential solar, review proposals, and guide customers through the purchase journey while promoting GoodLeap’s mission.

In this role, you will leverage consultative selling to tailor solar programs to each customer, collaborate with trusted contractors for installations, and strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs. A base salary plus bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential solar sales experience.
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Proficient with CRM tools and standard productivity software.

Responsibilities

• Educate prospective customers on residential solar using a consultative approach.
• Prepare, review, and present solar proposals for potential customers.
• Deliver high levels of customer service through the sales and installation process.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
• Cross-sell GoodLeap products to existing customers.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.
