Job summary

Aevit Services is seeking an Asset Manager to own and optimize a portfolio of operating solar projects. You will oversee O&M, contracts, and compliance while driving performance improvements and client satisfaction in a remote US/Canada setting.

You will lead commercial activities, oversee maintenance plans, budget forecasting, and reporting to institutional owners, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in renewable energy asset management or related field.
• Experience with solar asset operations, performance, and reliability.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze monitoring data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for projects; coordinate owner, O&M, offtakers, landowners, and vendors.
• Administer project agreements (O&M, leases, interconnection, tax equity) and track obligations.
• Manage PPAs, invoicing, and reporting; support annual maintenance planning.
• Monitor plant performance via SCADA and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure ISO/NERC/FERC compliance and support environmental requirements.
• Produce regular HSSE, operational, financial, and environmental reports.
