Pty in Constantia is seeking a Solar Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of solar assets and maximize long-term value. You will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while monitoring performance, revenue and costs to improve returns.

Responsibilities include coordinating with O&M providers and contractors, addressing operational issues, and supporting refinancing and contract renewals to drive asset value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in the solar energy sector.
• Relevant qualification in Renewable Energy, Finance, Accounting, Investment, Management, or Business Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of solar assets.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor asset performance, revenue, costs and overall returns.
• Identify and resolve operational and performance issues.
• Work with O&M providers, contractors and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and asset performance.
• Manage commercial and contractual requirements.
• Conduct site visits and provide updates and recommendations to management.
• Support projects such as refinancing, upgrades and contract renewals.
