Job summary

ForeFront Power is seeking an Energy Analyst, Asset Management to support daily solar plant operations, reporting, and compliance tracking from New York City or remote. You will collaborate with FP&A, Project Development, and Legal teams to ensure accurate financial administration and timely reporting for operating projects.

The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional work, and proactive problem solving in a growing renewable energy company.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to perform accurately (data analysis) and timely (deliverable deadlines)
• Desire to support a high-energy evolving team in an early-stage company
• Bachelor's degree with high academic achievement
• Strong computational and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage diverse relationships and multiple projects
• Creative, flexible and able to think critically in various challenges
• Desire to work in renewable energy field

Responsibilities

• Operations & Maintenance Support: daily production monitoring and contractor coordination
• Portfolio & Account Management: monthly invoicing and FP&A assistance for operating projects
• Reporting: support monthly/annual reports and cross-functional collaboration
• Compliance Tracking & Workflow: maintain compliance with PPAs/agreements and build tools
• Relationship Support for Third Parties: manage O&M/AM/REC relationships and communications
