Job summary

Nextpower is seeking an Account Manager to lead day-to-day interactions with key accounts from our Nashville base and across the Americas. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams to craft winning proposals, manage bids, and drive revenue growth while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will be responsible for presenting proposals, managing forecasts, and collaborating with product, engineering, and finance to ensure value delivery.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a business or technical field (MBA desired).
• 8+ years of solution-based B2B sales or related program/project management experience.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience utilizing Salesforce, CRM and NetSuite ERP.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with key account stakeholders.
• Develop and present customer proposals and bid strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on projects.
• Drive deal negotiations and ensure timely forecasts in CRM.
