Holganix is seeking a Direct Sales Manager, also known as a Soil Health Specialist, to empower growers with regenerative agriculture solutions that improve soil vitality and yields across the US and Canada.

The role is remote within Southeast South Dakota territory; candidates outside SD will not be considered. You will host grower meetings, drive attendance, and collaborate with agronomists to deliver field-ready experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proactive self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Experience working directly with farmers.
• Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot).
• Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel regionally.

Responsabilités

• Host weekly grower meetings during spring and fall selling seasons.
• Drive meeting attendance through outreach, referrals, and territory planning.
• Present soil health concepts to groups of 5–20 growers.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and Agronomists to deliver field experiences.
• Serve as main contact for grower engagement and onboarding.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and timely follow-ups.
• Participate in team meetings and Thrive Hive enablement programs.
