Bridgeway Benefit Technologies LLC is seeking a Software Trainer to join our growing Professional Services organization. You will create and conduct interactive classes for customers using our enterprise benefits software, which manages benefit fund calculations, eligibility, claims, and pension processing for Taft-Hartley plans.

This is a high-ownership role — learning the product, building curriculum, and delivering live training via Teams.

Qualificações

• 3+ years delivering technology-based training to adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Ability to partner with subject matter experts due to software configurability.
• Technical writing skills with job aids and guides.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning.
• Experience using generative AI tools to improve productivity.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.

Responsabilidades

• Own customer-facing training end to end as the primary contact.
• Learn the product and customer configurations to build curricula for internal and external audiences.
• Develop and maintain training materials and guides.
• Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and SMEs to update curriculum with product changes and customer feedback.
• Deliver training virtually and on-site tailored to each customer's configuration.
• Manage training schedules across customer accounts.
• Gather feedback and performance data to refine content and delivery.
• Consult on training scope for complex projects.
