WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Software Test Engineer to support testing, validation and delivery of named products and systems. You will apply risk-based testing across the SDLC, execute manual and automated tests, and collaborate with Engineering, BAs and stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of software QA/test engineering experience.
• Experience with automated regression suites (Playwright) preferred.
• Strong QA methodologies and validation life cycles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Review requirements and design docs to ensure testability.
• Develop and execute test/validation activities; maintain CSV docs and traceability.
• Contribute to automated test suites for UI, API, real-time components.
• Maintain test cases and ratios in Zephyr/JIRA or equivalent tools.
• Conduct comprehensive manual regression testing and scripting.
• Prepare data sets for logic and workload testing; perform load tests.
• Log defects and ensure remediation and re-validation.
• Enhance manual/automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
• Analyze results and coordinate with engineering to resolve issues.
• Support validation documentation and change-control activities.
• Explore AI-augmented testing tools per compliance requirements.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and assist customer testing.
• Train team members on tools and best practices.
