Vision Government Solutions is seeking a Software Support Specialist to provide day-to-day software and database support for our CAMA product. You will troubleshoot, document cases, and guide customers to fast, accurate resolutions while partnering with implementation teams.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at written communication, and can learn new systems quickly. A background in government or real estate software, plus SQL, Salesforce, JIRA, or Microsoft Office
