Vision Government Solutions is seeking a Software Support Specialist to provide day-to-day software and database support for our CAMA software used by government clients. The role requires strong troubleshooting, fast learning, clear notes, and customer-focused communication.

You will work remotely from Hudson, MA, handling a high-volume caseload, advocating for customers, and coordinating with internal teams to improve processes while ensuring accurate issue resolution and satisfaction.

• Experience handling a high volume of technical support cases.
