Job summary

CINC Systems is seeking a Software Support Analyst for a 4-month contract. The role supports customers on a hybrid basis (Georgia, USA) or remote for non-local candidates, reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Support.

This assignment focuses on rapid issue resolution and customer success during peak demand. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in software support, familiarity with GAAP and banking terms, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in software support or helpdesk roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with banking/accounting terms is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Reproduce customer issues to identify root cause and corrective actions.
• Resolve issues that do not require development team intervention.
• Document requests for modification and provide customer feedback.
• Offer clear, step-by-step guidance via email or phone.
• Build rapport to ensure excellent service and support.
• Create user documentation for frequently asked questions.
• Train customers or staff to reduce repeat issues.
• Assist training and implementation teams as needed.
