Job summary

Crystal Equation is seeking a Software/Solution Engineer III to support the Human Agentic Review Platform onboarding pod with integrating new products into our Scaled Review Tooling (SRT) systems. This remote role focuses on onboarding work to grow the volume of SRT integration requests, enabling the core engineering team to stay focused on platform development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software or solution engineering, with a focus on integrations / systems work.
• Proven experience building software integrations between different systems.
• Backend/software engineering skills - writing and configuring production-quality code.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with both engineering and non-engineering partners.
• Ability to learn new internal tools and platforms quickly and adapt as systems change.

Responsibilities

• Handle the growing volume of new product SRT integration requests escalated from MSL and other orgs.
• Build and configure end-to-end review pipelines (e.g., intake cases/enforcement flows) for common, well-defined use cases.
• Adapt and maintain integrations as the underlying review systems evolve.
• Coordinate closely with engineering and cross-functional (XFN) partners throughout the onboarding process.
