Bluelight Consulting in Belize City, Belize, seeks an Account Executive to win new business with US-based startups and enterprises. You will sell custom software development, AI, cloud, and nearshore engineering teams, owning every deal from first conversation to signed agreement.

You will build a healthy pipeline, conduct consultative discovery, and coordinate with delivery and technical teams to craft proposals for senior decision-makers.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of B2B sales in a quota-carrying role.
• Experience selling professional services, IT services, software development or SaaS.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Run consultative discovery to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Build tailored proposals with delivery and technical teams.
• Engage senior decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, founders).
• Forecast revenue and meet or exceed targets.
• Coordinate handoffs with SDRs, delivery, and leadership.
