Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an Associate Software Sales Specialist in the United States to grow as a software seller, working directly with experienced sales leaders on real client opportunities. You will learn how enterprise clients purchase software, how Enterprise Agreements are structured, and how NTT DATA combines software, services, OEM partnerships, and commercial models to drive client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, IT or related field.
• Aptitude to develop expertise in software licensing and Enterprise Agreements.
• Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate demand and identify new software opportunities within assigned existing accounts and territories.
• Partner with Client Managers to develop, progress, and close software opportunities.
• Develop sales and account plans that position software, subscriptions, EA/ELA agreements.
• Support and lead software sales engagements, including solution positioning and pricing models.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data, forecasts, and pipeline progression.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in Business, Sales, Information Technology, or a related field
