Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS and vendor procurement, partnering with Finance, Legal, Security, IT and leaders to manage contracts, renewals and spend optimization.

This contract role, remote from the Pacific NW, lasts through holidays into Q2 and could turn into contract-to-hire; degreed candidates with strong negotiation and cross-functional experience are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Degreed with procurement or contract management experience.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or tech contracts.
• Background in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
• Experience collaborating with Legal, Finance and IT.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship skills.
• Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for software, SaaS, and services.
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relations.
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout procurement.
• Identify cost savings and optimize vendor spend.
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement docs.
• Support procurement governance and process improvements.
• Assist with vendor management tools and spend visibility.
