Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This role will partner with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders to manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and spend optimization.

Contract but could turn into contract-to-hire; start date is flexible. Remote work from the Pacific Northwest is available, with coverage through the holiday period into Q2.

Qualifications

• Degreed with procurement experience.
• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or tech contracts.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, IT.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors.
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the process.
• Identify cost savings and optimize vendor spend.
• Track vendor performance and procurement documentation.
• Support process improvements, governance, and reporting.
• Assist with vendor management tools and approval workflows.
