Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement across the organization. This role partners with Finance, Legal, Security, IT, and business leaders to manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and spend optimization.

The position is contract-based with potential to become contract-to-hire, and offers remote work from the Pacific NW.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or technology contracts.
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Self-starter who can drive initiatives from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement efforts for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout the procurement process
• Identify cost savings opportunities and help optimize vendor spend
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation
• Support procurement process improvements, governance, and reporting
• Assist with vendor management tools, spend visibility, and approval workflows
