Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a Procurement Specialist to support software, SaaS, and vendor procurement initiatives across the organization. This contract role could turn into contract-to-hire, working remotely from the Pacific NW.

We need this person to start promptly and drive initiatives from start to finish. You will partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance to manage vendor selection, contract negotiations, renewals, and spend optimization, tracking performance and governance

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating software, SaaS, or technology contracts.
• Background in procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor management, or contract management.
• Experience cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and IT.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement for software, SaaS, and professional services vendors.
• Manage contracts, renewals, negotiations, and vendor relationships.
• Partner with Legal, Security, IT, and Finance throughout procurement.
• Identify cost savings opportunities and optimize vendor spend.
• Track vendor performance, renewals, and procurement documentation.
• Support procurement governance and reporting, and spend visibility.
