Job summary

eimagine is seeking a Software Quality Analyst to define, review and execute test cases and track defects through resolution. You will partner with engineers and business analysts to ensure software quality and client value across IT solutions.

The role requires hands-on testing across functional areas, experience with regression, load, unit and system testing, and strong communication to drive quality assurance initiatives on client projects. Bachelor’s degree and ISTQB certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a functional or technical role related to software delivery, testing, or software maintenance / support.
• Experience with regression, load, unit, and system testing is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent job-related experience required.
• ISTQB Foundation Level certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with software engineers and business analysts to understand design and tests.
• Creates test cases and scripts mapping requirements to tests.
• Executes test plans in designated functional areas and records results.
• Investigates defects, documents issues, and tracks them to resolution.
• Provides input on acceptance criteria with product owners and developers.
• Supports QA leadership and project teams to ensure quality delivery.
