Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a meticulous Quality Control Analyst to join a remote team. You will ensure all products meet stringent quality standards, conduct inspections, and document non-conformances with corrective actions.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in a related field and at least 5 years in manufacturing QC/QA, with strong SPC knowledge and QMS ISO 9001 experience. This role offers remote-first flexibility and opportunities for professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality control/quality assurance role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and analytical techniques.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) such as ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality control protocols and testing procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods.
• Document and report all quality findings, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems.
• Maintain accurate records and databases of all quality testing and inspection activities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
