Job summary

SmartLogix is seeking an IT Quality Control Analyst for a remote role in the United States. You will plan, execute, and document software tests to ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to identify defects, validate enhancements, and support releases. Required 1–3 years in software testing or QA, a bachelor’s in IT/CS or related field, and experience with SIT/UAT/Regression testing, defect management, and test data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1-3 years in Software Testing/QA roles.
• Experience creating and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and Regression Testing.
• Experience documenting and validating defect resolution.
• Ability to translate requirements into test scenarios.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare/regulated environments experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and execute test assets (plans, cases, scripts, metrics).
• Perform testing across SIT, UAT, and Regression phases.
• Validate system functionality against requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, and end users to validate solutions.
• Support deployment and production validation activities.
• Maintain testing artifacts and quality metrics.
• Assist in critical testing activities for releases.
