Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business or IT related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Up to 3 years of QA/testing experience.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills.
• Attention to Detail: Paying close attention to details to identify issues.
• Ability to work in a team environment and with customers/end-users.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, document, develop, and deploy testing techniques for applications across lifecycles.
• Review software requirements and execute test scripts and scenarios.
• Communicate issues and coordinate with the team to resolve production risks.
• Conduct system, unit, regression, load, and acceptance testing as needed.
• Communicate progress and produce reports for stakeholders.
• Write, publish, and communicate release notes and user manuals changes.
• Ensure test documentation covers planning, design, execution, and regression testing.
• Facilitate deployment and configuration management across environments and SDLC.
