Cognitive Medical Systems Inc. seeks a Software Development Test Engineer to ensure web and mobile applications meet quality, security, and accessibility standards across the SDLC.

The role blends manual and automated testing, API validation, and 508 accessibility compliance within an agile team. Remote work is supported for US-based candidates, with state restrictions in VA, DC, MD, TN, FL, AZ, CO, OR and TX.

Formación

• 5+ years of software QA experience including manual and automated testing.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications; REST API testing with Postman.
• Proficiency in Groovy and Java for test automation scripting.
• Ability to incorporate AI Copilot into automation workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration in Agile teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain automated test suites and test cases.
• Test REST APIs and user interfaces manually and automatically.
• Develop test-automation frameworks in Groovy and Java.
• Use AI Copilot to assist automation test creation.
• Plan and execute test plans for web and mobile apps.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and accessibility testing.
• Document defects and track with Jira; participate in Agile ceremonies.
