Job summary

Follett Software is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to completion, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

You will define business requirements, evaluate solutions, manage risk, and maintain project documentation, while enabling cross-functional collaboration and clear stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3+ years of project management experience in software/IT/operations environments.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end projects across full lifecycle.
• Strong SDLC understanding and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion with internal teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource estimates.
• Present milestones, achievements, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Assess costs, performance metrics, and scope to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify process improvements and drive cross-functional collaboration.
