Job summary

Follett Software is seeking a collaborative Project Manager to lead software initiatives from initiation to completion. You’ll work with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

You’ll craft business requirements, evaluate solutions, and guide implementation while maintaining thorough documentation and risk management. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and proactive problem-solving to drive projects forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 3+ years in project management within software/IT/operations.
• PM certifications (PMP/CAPM/PRINCE2/Agile) preferred with familiarity with Jira/Asana/MS Project/Trello.
• Proven end-to-end project management across lifecycle (planning to delivery).
• Strong SDLC understanding and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion with cross-functional teams.
• Define requirements, evaluate solutions, and guide implementation.
• Develop plans, estimates, and documentation; manage risks and budget.
• Present milestones, strategies, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration and ensure alignment with business goals.
