Job summary

Follett Software, LLC is seeking a collaborative and results-driven Project Manager to lead projects from initiation through completion. This role partners with internal teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

You will develop project plans, manage risks, gather requirements, and drive cross-functional collaboration across business units, software development, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3+ years of experience in project management in software/IT/operations.
• PM certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) preferred.
• Experience managing end-to-end projects and SDLC in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong data analysis, documentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Asana, MS Project, or Trello.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through completion, in scope, on time, and on budget.
• Develop project plans, estimates, milestones, and resource plans.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, manage risks, and drive implementation.
• Prepare presentations on milestones and outcomes for stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business units, IT, and vendors.
