Job summary

Sapio Sciences seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead lab informatics software deployments and enhancement projects from initiation through go-live. Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple engagements concurrently.
• Familiarity with LIMS/ELN/SDMS software or willingness to learn quickly.
• Understanding of laboratory operations and workflows.
• Experience applying agile deployment methodologies.

• Lead Sapio software deployments and major enhancement projects from kickoff through go-live
• Manage customer engagement and communication throughout project lifecycle using agile methodology
• Coordinate with Head of Programs and global PM team to allocate resources appropriately
• Develop and establish scalable processes and working practices across Customer Success PM organization

Requirements

• Project management experience with ability to own multiple concurrent engagements
• Knowledge of LIMS, ELN, and SDMS software products or willingness to learn quickly
• Understanding of laboratory operations and workflow processes
• Experience following agile deployment methodologies
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional team coordination skills
