Qualifications

• 5-10 years of product management or related leadership experience.
• Experience owning complex, customer-facing software from discovery to delivery.
• Hands-on Agile/Scrum experience serving as Product Manager when needed.
• Ability to manage backlogs, run sprint ceremonies, and ensure delivery velocity.
• Experience with release plans, timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Led customer implementations or phased rollouts in production.
• Defined and monitored KPIs to drive roadmap and delivery decisions.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments (CJIS, SOC 2, FedRAMP, HIPAA).
• Strong cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
• Must pass FBI fingerprint and background check in multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Drive Agile/Scrum execution with a prioritized backlog and sprint ceremonies.
• Plan release timelines and manage cross-functional dependencies.
• Lead customer implementations and collect real-world feedback.
• Define KPIs and instrument product analytics to guide roadmap.
• Ensure CJIS/SOC 2 compliance alignment with security teams.
• Support go-to-market and internal training for each release.
• Foster a high-performance, accountable team culture.
