Job summary

Ease is looking for a software engineer to bridge customers and product in our NYC-based team. You will work on LLM pipelines and voice AI features, shipping production-grade software that flows from clinician intake to payer checks and note validation.

You’ll spend substantial time with clinics, understand workflows, and own features end-to-end without traditional PMs. This role emphasizes ownership and customer-facing collaboration, with remote flexibility for senior engineers.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Shipped LLM-powered features or voice AI products to real users.
• High ownership—tushed projects from idea to production.
• Comfort presenting to customers and translating workflows into software.
• Not a model research or training role; focus is shipping product.

Responsibilities

• Own problems end to end: scope with customers, build and ship, stay with it.
• Build and run production LLM pipelines and voice agents for intake, payer checks, and clinician notes.
• Spend significant time with customers on-site and on calls to understand workflows.
• Make product decisions independently and ship features in days.
