Qualifications

• Strong generalist who can work across the stack.
• Experience with AI dev workflows and coding agents.
• Proven ability to ship features quickly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and learning on the job.

Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end from design to production.
• Improve reliability and observability of voice/messaging stack.
• Own a feature area such as an EHR integration or tooling for ops.
• Collaborate across engineering, product and GTM to automate workflows.
