Casechek is hiring a remote Software Engineer in the USA to join our cloud-first SaaS team. You will design, build, and deploy scalable REST APIs and web/mobile features using TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, and AWS, collaborating across Product and Engineering.

This full-time role emphasizes modern practices, Agile workflows, code quality, and performance tuning, with a strong focus on reliability and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional backend software development experience.
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience designing, developing, and integrating REST APIs.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting an AWS-hosted SaaS product.
• Experience building scalable, performant, and reliable software solutions.
• Familiarity with relational database technologies, data modeling, and database design.
• Experience working in an Agile or Scrum software development environment.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance best-in-class mobile and web products.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy modular cloud-based systems.
• Architect technical solutions translating product goals into deliverables.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and internal teams.
• Develop responsive, scalable, reliable software solutions.
